This is one of my favorite releases ever. It works forever, even when it claims the testing period is over. It is also very useful for some tasks, especially for pixel level processing. This far one of my favorite uses has been to use it for comic translation.
This executable is a repacked setup program that meets the modern standards for the installation process.
